Lori Gobert is the founder and CEO of Rylan Business Consulting. 

Lori supports entrepreneurs and small business owners by mentoring and coaching management staff and company owners focusing on process, communication and leadership.

Lori's vast construction and business knowledge comes from successfully  managing all operational roles in a construction company - office manager, project coordinator, operations manager and as a general manager. Her strengths lie within the management of a company - policies and procedures, human resource structure and reporting, project management, budgets - projections and financial reporting, business planning,  company start up and strategic growth.

Lori is retained by the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) as an instructor and course writer, helping companies educate their staff to become licensed builders or gain Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points. 

Lori is certified by the Canadian  Home Builders Association as a Certified Housing Professional, Master Residential Builder and is a BC Housing Licensed Residential Builder.
